I´m the co owner and moderator of a sub that revolves around Escorts (Prostitutes) of a higher than average price. It currently has 54,000 members and growing with about 3-400 members a day. Alot of the members are from the US.

How would you go about monetizing this?

Eliminate the middle man. Contact escorts from Eros dot com and tell them about your sub. Some will be interested. THe ones on eros are high end escorts so they do carry cash.
