My VPS was deleted without notice, without any abuse and ticket ignored
Before my vps deteled by you, I ask on the ticket
only one day later vps is not available in the vps list, I ask to ticket they are not cooperative and do not admit that they have deleted the vps, even though I just renewed the vps before opening the ticket 62279
After that they don't respond to the ticket

I just need an explanation why did you delete the vps? and you have to be really open about this because if it happens in the future, the client is the one who loses, not you and I just extended the vps, it's not a nominal issue how much the EURO is but the data inside is very important

The worst company ever. They don't say anywhere the netherland locations is not DMCa-safe. Just closed my account without any notice. Terrible support, terrible network.
Ive contacted them over chat to ask if they was really DMCA-safe and they said it was. A single DMCA notice and they just closed my account.

Sweden has become the twenty-second country where you can order the perfect hosting. The data center is located in the capital of the country – Stockholm. It belongs to Glesys, one of the leaders of the Scandinavian region in the field of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
The data center is divided into two zones, each with its own autonomous backup UPS (120 kVA in a smaller zone, 750 kVA in a larger one). The total backup generator is 800 kVA. The Emerson Network Power Liebert HPC-S system is responsible for climate control, fire safety is provided by VESDA with the Novec 1230 automatic fire extinguishing system.
