by creating accounts from different ip. Do you think it's okay if I use the same ip address while farming?

I've been using same ip to open hundreds of phone verified gmail accounts without issue. I'm dead sure it's not an IP problem

Same here 100s on the same IP. It is al based on your behaviour. If you actlike a bot you will get banned
