Hi, My Facebook Ad Account has been disabled. I don't know why it happened or what caused the issue. How can I fix it? I don't even have the option to contact live chat support on my Facebook? I submitted a review and that also has been declined. What shall I do?

Buy a new account bro. Facebook is crazy now and we have to deal with it
With your new account you can change the country on the page to match the country in your ad campaign

What were you trying to advertise and did it get disapproved a few times before this happened?

If your ad account is disabled, you can visit the Account Quality section to view more information and request a reconsideration.

If you submitted a review but still be declined then you should buy a new account.

What I would suggest you is this: Forget about what has happened. Learn from this, and move on. This is not the end of the world.
If you have used more than 03 social media accounts (e.g. FB, Insta) from a single IP address, Facebook might have tracked it. Hence, banning your FB account.

It is always advised to SMM, and Social Media Marketers - if they are using, or dealing with more than 01 account - to always use proxies - especially Mobile Proxies since they have rotative nature.

I've been warming up an account for a month or two. Perhaps it's a good idea to save it right now and delay my ad plans? I've been seeing everyone complaining about non stop bans.
