Do I need Dedicated Hosting for Landing Page?

I'm going to be advertising on adult tube sites that can push a lot of traffic.
Thoughts on type of hosting needed? Also concerned about page loading time.

Depends on the load your landing page gives your server. If it's very cpu intensive, yeah do go for a dedi server, but if its just a simple html page, just go for a cheap basic hosting package

As @LuckyGamble said, a simple HTML landing page? No. Any cheap server will handle lots of traffic to that. After all, how many dynamic functionalities may an HTML landing page have? If using JS, the load will be in the user's computer and even if containing a video, mostly the case is that it will be hosted elsewhere, like on a super platform like Youtube or Vimeo.

Unless he is in adult and he is using his server to serve videos, a simple basic hosting plan is more than enough

Namecheap servers are good and I think shared host should be sufficient unless your page is heavy with graphics, etc.
