Legit expensive links worthless?

Several months ago I bought about 30 expensive high quality links from 100% legit sites, but 8 of these links still aren't showing up in any of the 4 backlink checkers I use.

Is this common? The results from the campaign were pretty good but I'm wondering if it's normal for some links to go unnoticed by G. Pretty much makes them worthless.

it's not normal not to show up in any tool. Are you sure they're still live??

It's just 8 links, you can manually check whether they're still live. If they aren't, you need to contact the seller and ask why they don't exist anymore. And if they still exist, well... something's wrong with your tools most likely

The price of a backlink is not a direct indicator of it's quality. The quality of a backlink is determined by the site's number of ranking keywords and number of search traffic.

If the backlinks are still not indexed, you could submit them to link indexers.

I'll recommend that you check how well a website performs on Google search before acquiring any backlinks from it.

How long ago did you buy the links?

Do the pages linking to you contain original content?

How do they link to you?

Are they just mentioning your target keyword, but the rest of the content has nothing to do with the topic of your site?

There are a thousand and one reasons why you're not getting the kind of link love you expect.

Don't automatically assume that it's the fault of the sites linking to you.

You might want to analyze anchor tags, analyze how they're linking to you, and analyze the content that they're linking from.

You might also want to consider the quality of the page that they're linking to.

Remember, Google uses more than 200 factors to determine rank.

While links do play a big role in how well Google ranks you, it's not the only factor Google looks at.

Expensive links don’t necessarily equate to quality links.

Manually check each link to see if they’re still live. After finding out which ones are live, check to see if they’re indexed because they’re not much good to you if they’re not indexed

What types of links were they? Are they showing on Google when you type site:website.com?
