That's definitely a good start if you do eveything by yourself. There are still some niches that YouTube doesn't accept into their program. The numbers itself look good though.

You can never know if someone is partnered or not, unless they publicy show you their stats. YouTube is able to play ads even if you're not monetized. Crypto for example is one niche that (I believe) is not allowed into the YPP.

Probably you will get approval very soon mate. This happened to me as well. When I applied for monetization, before the mail approval I saw $ symbol in my YT studio app. The very next day mail approval had come. Don't worry, you will get it. Good luck.

If you want to know even before the mail approval, check your adsense account. If adsense is approved means you are approved into YPP.

I think its a good chance to get aproved if you see that stats on your account
