Billing issues on bing

I know it's possible to add PayPal to bing ads,
But I did notice that even debits cards are been rejected on bing,

Does anyone have information if bing is having some billing issues at this time,
Several card bins are not just working ,
Same cards that where working a month ago,
I speak of real debit cards ..not prepaid cards

Have you tried to add the card to a PP account and use that for billing?

Yesterday I had the same issue with the Microsift ads billing and I tried to contact thier costumer online chat and they sent a lond document to read ha ha ha

So I wait 3H and I tried by the same card and they accepted it.

Before try to add credit to your account again; go now to your bank and make sure there no problem with dotation.

Koz if you keep trying to add card more and more your account gonna be suspended.
