How can I get people to click a Tumblr blog link? It can be called anything.tumblr.com as well as anything.tumblr.com/anything-here-for-click-bait/

I want to mostly target people using Windows OS.

Man there are alot of methods, please break down how you want to target people, medium, that is through google ads, facebook ads(paid advertising etc) or you want to rank your tumbler keyword for some organic word(that people type in google) and find your blog on first or second page of google through seo(requires time and patience).

You should try to use google keyword tool search a keyword with less competition and probably less then 10k, that can rank up easily( not sure about this part ask some one good in SEO). You can also create youtube shorts, videos tik tok videos, Instagram influencers for traffic.
