Hey fellas,

In the past few days I've been asking mods some questions, but rather than annoying mods with questions, I would like to know which topics should I address a mod and which topics should I address suppor desk?

I don't see a list of topics I should address mods nor a list of topics I should address support desk.

I appreciate your thoughts.

you should not address mods for anything

what are your topics by the way?

Topics I should address with a mod or admin, but I would like to know if I should PM a mod/admin or just go to support desk

As @fb3003 mentioned, members are expected to contact support with any BHW-related questions they have. We don't recommend contacting individual moderators for many reasons such as:
  • The mod might be busy.
  • The mod might be on vacation.
  • The mod may not respond promptly.
Moderators occasionally will answer your questions via the conversations feature, although some moderators will either direct you to the support desk or not respond to your message to avoid the whole "but you're already online, just do it" response we sometimes get from members.

If you have a non-support question (e.g., maybe you just want to casually chat with the moderator), you can of course message.
