Is a website with no backlink and no reffering domain out of the sandbox as long as it is still indexed and 1 year old?

You're really only avoiding it with live website.

Aged domain then went out of index will probably get it again, even though it can be shorter.

Backlink profile should be clean and there should be clear sign or organic traffic in the past.

Fully? Not really no. And even then, you would have to completely recreate the domain, both with content and URL structure and use it like that in order to avoid it.

Possibly. Especially if new content doesn't match topic of the old one.

If you have a domain that is already a website, not just a domain, then you don't have to worry about having to wait a few months before your articles start appearing in the SERPs. However, even with a really strong domain, if it is not indexed already with relevant content then you'll have to wait until google shows you some love. That has been my experience.

The stronger the domain is, the earlier your articles will start ranking, but even if the strongest domain is not already indexed with a relevant site you'll have to wait it out.

From my experience it might not be triggered at all.

If it is though, it is shorter than regular one. Around 60-70% of it.

if i want to amke a review blog in a x niche and i found expired domain that was selling product in the same niche but it's like an ecommerece store does it count as the same niche or not
