Forum/Blog Post Locator and Poster

Thought I'd post this as some of you black hatters may be able to help me out. There is probably one already out there that I just don't know about.

I need a tool for a forum and/or blog that is able
search a massive amount these sites for a specific types of posting and return the postings web address to a database. I don't want this to be a spammy type vague posting to huge amounts of general fourms or blogs.
I need this to help me locate specific posts and information in a specific niche and to be able to post a specific reply.
