I downloaded a tiktok and reposted it without watermark on tiktok and YouTube shorts. And both got no views. What do i have to modify or what program i need so it get views? Changing hash also didnt work

I got good results on personal account when someone who already had big follow list tagged me in a video. From that moment i had videos with 200k views.. but i was posting real content
