Lately all of my channels stopped growing on shorts and I think I am banned on my IP address because I also tested on freshly bought aged accounts and none of them grow either. I would like to purchase proxy and test again. Which proxy would work spamming on yt?

you should test them yourself.

People who are satisfied with what they are using won't share that info to make their proxy bad.

I've tried with HTTP proxies (IPv6) and youtube started pushing my videos but there is one problem, I want to access a certain website but that website doesn't allow my type of proxy. Would you think it will work with 4g proxies?

Use private proxies, it will work
 
Same happened to me as well. My shorts channel went completly dead from one second to another.

I don't have that kind of money for a 4G proxy unfortunately

How can I find out if I am IP banned? I post shorts they get a few thousand views and die off. That is normal I guess.

that happens with most vids, you get a spike for a bit then it tails off .
