you mean your link, or your backlinks. Currently I'm trying multiple methods for indexing links/backlinks. Work really well. almost 100% links are indexed after few hours

Does the content need to be in relation to the post link? And can I put multiple links in the same post? And does Google not penalize websites that use this trick?

Google allows the content which is more relevant to the outbound link. You should not use multiple links in the same posts. But you can use multiple pages which has authority like Wikipedia.

I try to post links in the high authority blogs or sites in any way which will be crawled instantly by Google.
