Please I need help to grow on YouTube, I have tried everything possible to grow on YouTube nothing seems to be working, I have try white hat and blackhat things things like YouTube Seo, backlinks, likes, views etc. I want to go back fully on YouTube, I need all the help I can get

You haven't shared any information whatsoever in regards to your niche, so I'll give you a blanket answer.

You have to test different things, as with any other business. Identify individuals in your industry that are already killing it on YouTube, and make a list of everything these creators have in common. Consistently uploading content is a good start, but if you aren't tweaking certain things (thumbnails, titles, tags, video styles, etc) it'll be hard to determine a winning strategy. Mr. Beast started off making shitty quality Minecraft videos, and his content gradually evolved overtime as he saw what worked and what didn't. Look at him now.

then make similar content but better.

Well you niche its very competitive and thats way you dont rank .You need to continue work consistently ,look at your competition amd see what they are doing .Or maybe try to go on a subniche that its not so competitive like video marketing ,traffic generation etc

Here are some of my findings:

1. Target Organic Views. Learn Video SEO and Find keywords that have a very high Traffic, analyze the video length and the number of comments. Make video 5 minutes more than the video the lengthy video in the top 10 for that keyword. Request from friends to comment. Do You know, Watch Time is a big big ranking factor.
2. Share your videos on Social media sites.
3. Make your profiles on other social media account like Facebook and Instagram , Release your video their too.
4. Ask People to subscribe.
5. Embed your videos on your Blog Posts.
6. Upload Videos daily.
7. Make Lengthy videos.
8. Comment on videos that is related to the niche you are working in.
9. Work on a single topic (Niche). As per SEO Perspective, this also has a key ranking factor.
10. Make Playlists. My 2.3% of the watch time is from Playlists.
11. Collaborate. Sigh. I should mention it earlier.
12. Pay Money to Google, and boost it in third world countries
