If I find and test more websites I can easily scale it up but as I told you that I have lots of project and don’t have enough time to find 100s of website and 100s of niche to test. I am happy to invest few dollar and get solid return with 5 mins of work

You didn't get my point. You claimed that you can set up and run it for just 15-30mins. Why not run your campaign for a month and earn passive income daily? or do you need to keep on finding a new site to run your campaigns daily?
