JCI is in my experience one of the best cloaker in the market. How effectively any cloaker works (nowadays) depends on how properly it is setup.

Try to learn other things before you use cloaking.
Because there are more important things than just sending bots away from your offer.

Yes JCI is one the best cloaker in market but it depends in vertical and network also. Like if you want to just display, native ads in that case JCI has some cool features and algorithm and for Search campaign trafficshield works nice like google and bing ads.
