I tried it but my page getting restricted after launch ad.

I tried to appeal but it seems take too long for fb to take action.

My ad follow the rules. I will get it back after i appeal but everytime i use new page, fb will restrict it first and i need to appeal.

Basically make the page as natural looking as possible. Organic interactions, posts, and engagement before going at it in earnest. Be sure to stay clear away from spams and community guideline violation since those type of things will really jack up the process for your page. Good luck!

You can use bot but I don't think it's good for your page. Facebook can check it or the audience of your ads later would not be the right group

what niche do you run ads for? if it's in BH, old accounts will be better

Create a Page and leave it there for few days and run ads as normal. Aged Page is better.
