[HELP] Sweepstake domain redirects

I keep stumbling upon this website which redirects to a sweepstake offer when I click on it.



Anyone has any idea how they create this link?
Also they rank for a bunch of keywords

That's a good example of one. It shows garbage content to google and all users are redirected to the target site, in this case a sweepstake offer.

Does that work only with expired domain with good metrics or in some cases a new domain can be enough too?

New domains work too
Expired ones work "better" than 1 new domain, but for the price of new domains, it's better to work on new ones.

New domains work too
Expired ones work "better" than 1 new domain, but for the price of new domains, it's better to work on new ones.

Can you explain more on how this works or got a link ?
