I got a review copy in return for an honest review. I already had an EMD domain which gave the OP access to
OP used a neat theme, looked neat. It loads fast.
The op suggested keywords, and content was made well. I got a total of 20 articles which are very well written and make for great reading.
Neat royalty-free images were used.
Premium plugins already installed including Rank Math SEO PRO, WP Rocket, and a backup plugin.
Perfect communication and the whole process was easy.
The price point is good and i will be adding my CPA and apply for AdSense.
9/10 is what i rate, this will give you a quick headstart.

I have got a review copy for Molnupiravir package.
20 article posted and I tested some of them with copyscape, they passed.
GTmetrix Grade is A with 99% score. Google Pagespeed score is 97 with desktop and 77 with Mobile.
Yoast SEO Premium plugin installed and average SEO score is 84.
Perfect communication and the whole process was easy.

Received a Molnupiravir package website in exchange for an honest review.
TAT was longer than promised but shorter than expected since OP offered 30 review copies.
On Apr 6th I sent him a niche I wanted to try, and OP replied that he couldn't find any keyword with enough CPC and search volume (which was the right call in retrospect because this niche is really tiny and technical). OP then sent me a list of verticals, from which I chose one niche. A day later he got back to me with some metrics and domain suggestions and asked for WP logins.
On Apr 9th they got the login, on May 2nd they delivered.
1. The site looks great, above all expectations.
2. The content was written properly and is very engaging. I found a few small mistakes, but nothing more than I'd get from any content provider.
3. Each blog post contained proper tags and category, a meta description, a featured image, and another image within the article.
4. All In One SEO was installed, and most of the posts scored within the mid-90s range, with the lowest score being 86.
5. I felt very comfortable applying to Adsense as soon as I got the website.
6. The price is ridiculous, for a plan that should've cost $80 (after discount) I got a website set up, some sort of keyword research, 21 articles, logo design, ad management plugin, and on-page optimization. If I bought all of these services separately, I'd probably pay over $400.
7. Together with the site, OP provided a zip with PSD files of the logo, Favicon, Copyscape screenshot, SEO Test screenshot, GTMertics test screenshot, and a backup of the site.
This is a wonderful service, I can definitely see myself ordering a few more websites from OP. In fact, I already have an idea for one.
What could've been improved?
Being a review copy, I'm finding myself knit-picking over things I usually wouldn't.
1. The site came with a few plugging I'm not familiar with, and I think it would be nice to have a short explanation on each of them. It ended up taking me 5 minutes to figure it out on my own.
2. I wish OP offered some more "addons" to this service, such as social media accounts, more content, SSL installation, etc.
This is a solid 10/10.

It took bit of time because seller had orders going on. That is completely fine
I gave him expired domain that I bought and gave him the niche I wanted
So he did the keyword research and those keywords are good ones.
Site looks really awesome and I like the layout. All things well organized
Overall this is really good work..
If you need a niche site with Adsense going on, this is the way to go..

I received my site yesterday and am really pleased with the overall service & communication provided by OP.
To summarise:
1. The site looks good and professional as it uses a premium theme, soledad.
2. 20 articles in total, with proper on-page SEO, royalty-free images
3. I would say the quality of the article is good and Copyscape passed.
4. About page is also well-written and setup other pages like a disclaimer, privacy policy and terms & conditions
5. Op also includes the logo (also the source file), favicon, backup files, On-page seo report.
