[Journey] Noob attempting to create two authority blogs

I'm an introvert so expect the short posts. I'm also noob so you can expect all the newbie's mistakes you might have done when you started your sites/blogs.

Goal: Earn 400$ per month.
Actions:
1. Set up two blogs. Each blog belongs to two different domains.
2. Get generic content on a daily basis till I get 5000 visitors per day on each blog.
3. Enable AdSense/Ezonic on the first blog once #2 is achieved.
4. Enable affiliate marketing on the second blog once #2 is achievd.
5. Money, money, money!!!

Thanks! The first domain is entirely new. I bought a second domain randomly (typical noob) and then found out it expired a year ago. It's having around 200+ backlinks mostly from spammy sites. I'm creating the list and will be adding it to disavow list.

True. I can do it but I really liked the domain name and going to fight for it till I get back on Google's good side.

That would be extremely hard since most sites are still in the sandbox period within that timeframe. Not saying it's impossible but you'll need to frontload loads of content while targeting the right keywords. (if your primary goal is to drive organic traffic from Google, that is)

Also, consider slapping the ads earlier. Let's say, for example, you achieve 5000 visitors per month. Assuming you have an EPMV averaging about $10-$20, that would equate to an extra $50-$100 a month, which you can use to outsource some of your work. You're just losing money if you're waiting that long to start monetizing.

Thanks for the suggestion. My primary goal is to drive organic traffic from Google. I'll consider adding ads earlier on the 5000 visitors mark.

Update Week 2:

Added chrome plugin locally to exclude my own site visits getting counted by Google analytics. Should be helpful till I have a low volume of site visits. I'd appreciate any leads on points mentioned in the action items.

First blog:
I'll be enabling Adsense once I've 5000 visitors per month.
I managed to post one mega-post (25000 words) on this blog and marked it as Cornerstone content. I'll update this post slowly but steadily to have internal links as and when I'm adding new posts.

Second blog:
I'll convert this blog into an Amazon affiliate once I've enough traffic with Generic content.
Posted a few articles with approx 1000 words each. One of the article consists of 5000 words.

Need to research on/Action items:

1. Find the WordPress plugin that can add internal links based on tags associated with newly posted blog articles? If there is any such plugin, that would really be helpful for internal link building.
2. GDPR Plugin that would be compatible with Google Analytics.
3. Add privacy policy page.
4. Investigate the proper way to add an Affiliate disclaimer.
5. Check if there is any tool that could help increasing Flesch reading ease score. Grammerly supports calculating Flesch score but doesn't provide the suggestions to increase it.

1. For interlinking, you can try Linkwhisper.
2. For google analytics, i installed site kit plugin and i enabled the GDPR option in adsense, now google handles that.
4. there is a multiple plugins that can add an Affiliate disclaimer. I just put mine in the footer.
5. Dont know.
