My business is based in the USA but I live in Europe, so I want to target only US people with Tik Tok, how to do that?

I tried with VPN but no success it seems they can bypass that

Rooted my android phone
Installed proxy app so proxy ip can work on all apps.
Installed tik tok after i configured proxy and installed fake gps location.
Created account with US virtual number.
Boom still showing content from my country damn.

P.S there is no sim installed there

to successfully maintain an account in another country (the United States in your case) you need to use:
1) antidetect browser
2) clean US proxies
3) US number or other data
4) documents to confirm the campaign (desirable)

A bit more time consuming and tedious but a pretty neat method:

The account is created by someone in US with a US number + cell phone and the first weeks the first 20-50 videos from US are uploaded.
After that, you can also upload to the account from abroad and the new videos are then usually also 99% played out in US.

Have seen this procedure already 3 times in practice.

1) install xposed
2) install “device emulator pro”
3) keep clicking random value button till you get “sim operator” of usa
4) quick restart all apps( there’s button for this in app)
5) connect usa vpn/proxy
6) reinstall tiktok app and login
* i had no sim in device while testing this*

The two ways you can make a US TikTok on the top of my head:
1. Create a TikTok account with a device hooked up to a US mobile proxy. The mobile proxy basically makes your connection seem like it came from some device in the US. You know how that goes from there. You'll want rotating proxies if you intend to use the account repeatedly and avoid using emulators since TikTok cracks down on those things.
