How or what to do to bring US traffic to your blog ...... please help

You can bring more traffic by promoting your website link or blog in social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. Or else by doing some link building using backlinks.

depends on the niche...
- f it's a visual niche (lots of images)... Pinterest and Instagram are great
- if it's a business site... online business magazines / directories and Linkedin are good sources
- if it's family / parenting / pets niche... Facebook is great... well, it used to be good few years ago, I'm not sure lately...
- if it's tech niche... advertising on forums / boards such as "tom's hardware" and other specialty forums will work
And speaking of forums... they work great for targeted traffic if you can find big forums in your niche and can afford spending a lot of time on them to build trust and authority... or you can simply buy ads on them.
And lastly, regardless of your niche... SEO, PPC and sites like Reddit and Quora are great at generating traffic but there are catches...
- SEO, for example, requires a lot of know-how, patience and financial investment to make it work, and even then you're at the mercy of google...
- PPC (buying ads on sites like Google, Facebook, Revcontent, etc) requires a deep pocket and campaign optimization skills before you can turn a profit...
- Reddit / Quora require you to be active on these sites in order to generate a constant flow of traffic, and you also need to know how to convert that traffic because, although free, the traffic is not of the highest quality.

Your question is vague. There are a lot of things that influence your traffic like Niche, Content, Site authority, On-page and Off-page SEO, etc. There is no button that you can press to get traffic.

first of all create high quality and informative blog posts and then start bringing traffic from ads like fb insta google ads, you can try organically by doing a good keyword research

I will add few points here which may seem trivial, but since you are asking for specific geographical location traffic, I will mention them here.
1) Host your website with US based host. At least make sure that the server is located in the United States. You have this choice of server location in your website hosting dashboard.
2) Run a paid page like campaign for United States. People will like your page from US and then subsequently you can share the posts with them to bring back them on your website.
3) Try to build backlinks from the websites belonging to the United States. May be sites with tdl .us will help.
4) Do a thorough keyword research for the United States region using SEMRush or Ubersuggest. They will suggest the keywords that people from the United States are searching. Include these keywords in your site.
