Looking for ways to dominate my market and as well attract clients effectively.

I am in the process of setting up a real estate course. Any guidance or any luck as to where I should go to set up courses and help with everything would be appreciated.

Welcome to BHW. I don't know why you want to create a course, but the most difficult thing is to promote your course and get customers as real estate is not a popular niche. If you find a way to promote the course, then you can choose a platform like Udemy or publish it in your own website.

Wholesaling courses were popular not long ago. They were using the "no investment and little effort" angle.

OP, you could reverse engineer those courses and replicate the method in another real estate sub-niche.

So, in reality you are not failed atleast not as yet. Perseverance often leads to some positive results. Keep the hustle going, as long as you have the passion for what you are doing, success will eventually follow. All the best for your internet marketing journey.
