Anyone know how to scrape Instagram accounts off Accounts followers or their comments that are actively engaged in their content. Specifically by country

It is possible to scrape city and phone data from business accounts.

From other accounts, the targeted countries can be detected by using the language information on bio and the users' names.

Only issue is account has 660k followers so doing it manually is not really an option
