Contacted but no reply in Skype message...so probably he does not have a enough of accounts to sell...method is unstable

Sorry, for double posting. I have just found out I was truly speaking to a scammer. My bad, sorry for these comments. I have checked his live id on skype and it is different, he put OPs live id in his name on skype and it got me good, on phone app it is hard to tell.
