hey can anyone help me out with this one, i tried doing ads on random diff tiwtter accounts on diff residential proxies, with 3ds supported real cards.

But all i get is this ban thingy:

This account is ineligible to run Twitter Ads due to a policy violation by one or more users. Any active campaigns have been paused. Please contact Twitter Ads Support to resolve this issue. Learn more about Twitter Ads Policies.

I need some insight into this one, and like what am i doing so wrong that all accounts are giving me same results.

Accounts i have used are:

some were aged inactive
Some were active with some followers
Some were just had followers

- made some tweets before posting
- had pfp and banner picture
- link was workign

Greetings,

Incredibly, this post was made around the same time I had this issue; however, it is resolved. I started a Twitter for my Not-For-Profit around 2 AM CST today and posted a tweet referring to a client's review on a third-party site. Initially, Twitter halted the ad and said I was in violation. I hit the roof! After that, I search for a phone number and everything. Send them two messages through their ad ticket system... What do you know, within 12 hours, my ads were up and running. I did sign up for Twitter blue when I started the account; however, I do not think that was a factor.

In conclusion, It is possible that your account is not actually in violation, the Twitter security system was just triggered, and a manual review has to be done. It would be best if you tried reaching out to ad support via the ticket system.

Hi bro @litemere

The problem was resolved after you contact them via Ticket submission, not via your phone sms, is it correct ?
If so, I found in the Help section two similar topics to choose from which are “Ads Eligibility & Policy” and “Account Issues” (as the error also say account is violating - though I promote nothing wrong)
Please help to enlighten me which topic did you choose to submit ticket to ?
Thank you so much in advance bro !

I have tried the section : Why my account is ineligible ?
Let’s see if it works.

If you chose “Why my ad is rejected” please let me know. Any sample script / ticket content that has worked for you that you can share ? How long before your first & your second ticket ? Did both ticket was sent to a same section ?

Thank you so much bro @litemere

Greetings @fastdeliverz

When I submitted the tickets, I used the ad section and the standard section. I wrote we are a not-for-profit charity and requested to know why the ad was rejected so that our content will be compliant in the future.

What kind of Ads are you running on Twitter? Blackhat Ads?

Bro, thanks for your kind comment.
However, when I submitted the ticket and also sent a follow up email, what I received was an unhelpful reply like this:

“Thanks for reaching out. Your account is unable to advertise on our platform due to violating the unacceptable business practices policy. You can find more information on the policy”

Then i once again asking what is the unacceptable business practices policy they were talking about, and received the following bullsh1t reply:

Hello,
You tried to update a case that is closed. We encourage you to visit ourÂ

This is the email you reply to:

“Thanks for reaching out. Your account is unable to advertise on our platform due to violating the unacceptable business practices policy. You can find more information on the policy”

In the aforementioned email, it actually says that if you have made changes to your profile reply to the email. Even if you have not made changes to your profile, ask them how your content can be made compliant.

Twitter went as far as to call us to inform us that we are permitted to advertise.

Thanks a lot for clarifying that you replied via email. The ticketing system is clearly broken. I've replied to their email and will update here if my advertising ability is re-enabled to confirm with others who may be facing this issue in the future.
