I'm really interested, please tell me why worth it to buy old YT accounts? What is different than a new one? Better tag search position on the new videos? Or what?

not a big difference i tried both , only worth if you are going to buy monetized

the main difference is that your CPA videos will last longer than newer channels + high chance to rank comparing to brand new channel

Like @almobdi33 mentioned, Your videos have higher chances of getting more views, last longer, and rank better since aged accounts have more authority than new accounts.

Youtube prioritize them a little bit more than new ones ,its like in google where gokgle ranks faster the old blogs

No, it doesn't . First, I thought yt wanted us to get monetized as soon as possible so they could put ads on our video. But they are still putting ads even when you are not monetized, so the only pros are getting a monetized account for good beginning
