Hi,
so there is this website, I have a group chat about making money online. 3 of our members are raving about that site, 2 of them made about 800-900$, that's supposedly cash out in august or something.

To me it sounds like a scam ponzi scheme. But I'm not quite sure, I may be missing out on something, that later on gets huge.

Does anyone of you know about the website? Unfortunately it contains affiliate, so the internet is full of reports, that contain an affiliate link, hence are not to be trusted.

I will never forget when I started out like 10 or 12 years ago when I used to do PTC and downloaded the Payza Money generator. Wasn't an infant, just new to this world. doing that stupid shit back then made me what I am today and it will for sure have a part in what I will become in the future.

As I've already said about the site, it does seem very fishy to me. Vk316 keep your accusations to yourself, you are the one who acts like an infant, thinking that I'm marketing a website by questioning and asking for its legitimacy. Fyi, I'm not affiliated with this site and neither have I even joined them yet.

On my own I would've never considered such a website and clicked away shortly after, but in my (monthly paid) online money making chat group, there are 3 members, that I consider smart, who are earning good already with little time investment, (as shown on Zoom screenshare) are kind of loughing at me, that I'm questioning the legitimacy of the website and not joining like they did, saying I can keep checking, while they're earning. And no, they're not pushing their affiliate links. When they do, they always tell it is an affiliate link, it's a genuine group in that regard.

So far the money they are "making" on that website are just numbers on the screen, nobody has cashed out a single dollar yet, they are supposed to get paid out months later. They're already celebrating themselves and their "winnings"

Since I consider them relatively smart, I'm wondering wether they are the stupid ones in this case or if I will regret not having joined early in this "opportunity"

Time will tell, my intuition gives me a strong nono, but some also make money with ponzi schemes, being early joiners, network marketing itself kind of is one

That's quite a possibility, my suspicion is that they are collecting allot of data and money and will then vanish all of a sudden, taking everything with them

Indeed, everybody starts somewhere, there's no need to be an ass about it.
I'm making some money with UI/UX testing, ebay flipping and some affiliate too and studying while all I can to find better ways. Tried dozends of sites, many where a waste of time, my last try was usabilityhub, which was another complete waste. But success takes time and alot of trial and error.

Red flags for me -

• They are making so much money but don't have an office? The address on google maps doesn't show anything about them.
• No people, no photos? Who runs and owns this business?
• Uses Telegram
• Shows a pop up with desperate message when closing the site
• Traffic coming mostly from Russia, Congo, Ukraine. To traffic from US? India? China? Or the rest of the world? Come on.

This is nothing new. This is a usual scam site. There are hundreds like this.

In my opinion, 5billionsales is a scam. Deal with it.

I know this is something you don't want to hear, but it's the sad truth. You'll see it for yourself in the future and remember this thread. I hope you didn't pay too much to join that said group.

I actually left that group already. The founder is a narcisist asshole behind his superficial charme. But he knows a thing or two about making money online. He's not rich by any stretch, but makes maybe 5k/month and I did take away a few things while I was there.

It's a misleading title in the first place. Sales of a site are not a constant but a variable. It's obviously a big lie in the first place. If the site owners made 5 billions in sales, they'd already be billionaires, and probably selling $5k courses online. BBC, NYT, Forbes, etc feature their success story. Anonymous people claiming success are mostly scammers.
