Looking for someone to analyze my site for SEO

Hi there, i'm looking for someone to analyze my site and competitors to see what can be done to start ranking.
It would also entail looking at my site to see what I am doing wrong. It could be cannibalization etc.
To be honest I dont think it will be that too difficult to rank but somethings going wrong
It is having a bit of a refresh at the moment so some things like mobile usability and speed etc is being looked at.
It is my brick and mortar business.
