i am a professional freelancer from Bangladesh. I am working in seoclerk. But nowadays seoclerk change their payment system. Now only PayPal is avabaile. I also add a Paypal account ( buy from online ) but i add this its auto limited. they want my id card. but I have a bank and card verified account. then I try another card. it's also limited. so where is the problem? what type o account I need? there is an option to buy a full verified PayPal account.

You say you want a full verified paypal account does it matter if its a uk account?
