Health...

Let me know how do you deal with energy crashes if you work hard. I simply after 3 hours of thinking can't do shit if I don't give myself 20 grams of pure glucose. I think this is the consequence of putting effort.

I deal with the fact I can't have infinite energy from complex carbs. They simply don't give me enough energy boost to recover from those sessions. Fruits don't do the trick for me as well.

When I drink coffee without sugar I get some nasty jitters. Basically my theory is stimulants like caffeine can't produce energy on their own, hence the need to get some glucose. In other words, caffeine boosts my mood. What is it going to boost if I am exhausted? Of course exhaustion, so I'm more exhausted from drinking coffee if it's without sugar.

Yeah, so doing 5 things for 12 hours to get out of a sh*thole is not going to be that easy. Dosing some sugar is a sort of a hack for me to quickly recover from 4 hours long work sessions. Without raising my glucose levels, I would be sluggish for 2 hours having trouble to get where I was before (I can't hack biology using my mind and I believe it's a biological thing).

I know there is some price for eating close to 100 grams of sugar everyday, but I have no idea how to get so much energy without using dirty tactics.

I used to skip sugar altogether, but it just wasn't possible to work that much eating complex carbs, fat and protein.

If you have perfect bodyweight, you still have imperfect body. How do you deal with aforementioned tiredness if you stick to slow energy sources only?

You see. I can eat meat and quinoa plus carrots all day, but the energy just won't be there.

Best is when I have 2 apples, 3 artificial portions of sugar and coffee. Plus normal meals. That shit will make me go for 12 hours and sleep well.
Fat is my main energy source. I aim for 84 grams of (healthy) fat per meal, 2 meals a day. The other macronutrients, if you’re interested, 64g protein, less than 13g carbohydrates (all of my carbs come from vegetables which I blend up into a green drink. Most of the fat comes from the green drink too because I blend half an avocado and some safflower oil into it)

this has worked very well for me. I used to suffer from low energy too. Didn’t matter what I did. I just had no energy. Little motivation. I don’t have energy problems now. I can do IM work all day. I can do manual labor on my farm for many hours straight without feeling like I’m going to die.

Health is the most important thing, but we often forget this when we are trying to make money

If I go for fat as the source of energy I am forced to eat mostly red meat which sucks and is probably not much better than sugar.
Another thing is that fat won't give me as much energy as sugar, so I won't be as energetic.
The overall energy level might be consistent with fat, but it's not high.
So I'm looking to do it on a carb diet.

This post somehow reminds me of a quote by Dalai Lama:

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man! Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

I heard it once, but discussing with Dalai Lama is nonsense, as with any religious (or spiritual) person because they're like catholic priests.
I could list 1000 arguments against and they would just deny.

Well all these spiritual leaders are only humans after all. They're not perfect and not everything they say holds value. I have an inbuilt filter in my brain, I retain what I feel is right and throw out what I feel is BS.

I don’t eat ANY red meat. Red meat is too heavy in saturated fat for me. Tons of saturated fat doesn’t do well with my digestive system. But I would take it over sugar any day. The comment about it being about the same as sugar is absolutely laughable and not based in fact or reality.

I can’t help you with information about the carb diet. I can’t do that kind of diet any longer. It makes me sleepy and lazy.

Truly, I wish you guys the best and I hope that you all feel better.

Im thinking Germany or Israel
If you end up coming to Israel, I'll buy you a beer.
I don't know where you live now, but if you think that Israel is not a 3rd world country - you're wrong.
I wanted to leave countless times, and never had the guts to pull it off. Now with a family, it's even harder.

If I were you, I'd stay the fuck away from here, seriously.

Better come to Poland, next to Germania. Cheaper.

Things i still plan on doing.

- cut down or quit smoking as much as i can

- buy a water filter for my drinking water

- start taking supplements. I dont know which ones, its complicated...

- start exercising. I dont know what exercises and how much. Its complicated.

- start eating more quality food. I dont exactly know what kind, how much of what and when, its complicated

I dont know at this point. Get more sun exposure? Go to a sauna regularly? Put my feet in warm salt water regularly? You know, detox. I dont know.

Just have a couple of pina coladas everyday and all will be fine

I remember about 10 years ago when i had HPV and found a forum about natural health, and it was quite active. The people on there saved my life in a way. Also the search engines then gave results about stuff. Now the good results are either from 2012 or reddit. Everything else is just a jerkoff. I dont know...

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/user-generated-content-usg-the-way-to-build-big-sites.1403462/
Exactly, man!

And they say User-generated content sites are garbage!

The reality is that these types of forums/websites are really good and can find great info; but unfortunately big tech and google will just keep "depreciating" them.

This is the reason why google is "depreciating" backlinks from user-generated content. It's just a big agenda to ban forums and such things :/

I understand the appeal of walking up to a female cat and just sticking it in without wining and dining and listening to her yap her mouth.

But you should rethink this, because...

Damn, #TeamCat just got a helluva lot more appealing. Okay i also want :D
ya, imagine being on #TeamHuman
anything you do is basically illegal or frown upon.

The things im talking about would serve every person for the entirety of their life.

Im talking pure greed here. I want to be able to smoke all i want and get new lungs when my current ones fail. I want to break a toe and get it cut off and regrow a new one. I want to get alzheimers and get a big needle stuck in my eye and injected with some shit that fixes it.

Its pure greed for me. I want! But if i get it, we all get. My reasons for wanting it are irrelevant, we all get it.

And fuck it, make it expensive. Tell me i need a billion dollars to fix my health problems. Okay, $1 billion i get it all fixed? 100% guaranteed? Yes.

Great. $1 billion, coming right up, give me a decade.

But now its pointless to chase a number because i dont know if a billion would get me what i want. It probably wouldnt, because we invested the money in bombs instead of health.

I cant cut out sweet. I just cant. At that point im literally down to drinking only water. Everything else is disgusting without a sweetener to me. I mean disgusting.

Id actually use Xylitol instead of sugar or honey, but goddamnit, its so fucking expensive. And with the quantities i consume, it would be so expensive.

So i use honey. Real honey, no sugar added to it.

But i should start drinking more water instead of anything else. Thats for sure.

Smoking, yes, definitely, big one.

I never gain weight. If anything id like to gain weight. I have the same weight now at 32/yo like i had at 16/yo. All my family is like that, on both sides.

The exercise, see, i have no time to waste. I dont wanna be doing running and push ups and pull ups and standing on my head. I want to do the minimum amount required for the best results - the result is to be healthy.

But then, what to do? I dont know. Ask a professional? The professional operartes on anecdotal evidence, a youtube video, rumors, and their highly inflated sense of self. You cant trust these pricks.

And i cant afford a wizard that lives on a spaceship to tell me which exercises to do.
I find myself in a similar position as yourself when it comes to health and the shit i consume.

Here are some things I've learned.

1) As a man, when you eat sugar, your T levels drop almost INSTANTLY. If anything, this should be your biggest concern. I used to eat two full chocolates in one sitting because I love it. 5 minutes later, I would have the voice of a castrated dog and feeling crappy.

I didn't know why, so I started to look it up. Well, when you eat sugar, or simple sugars for that matter(yes, even honey, it doesn't really matter when it comes down to their chemical formula) your blood sugar goes up.

That's normal. The problem is there's a big spike in insulin production to combat the sugar levels. That's where testosterone levels drop. As a man, it has a lot of effect in various places in your body, so it's not just voice alteration. Main preocupation is bone structure, as you're about my age.

White bread kind of falls into the same category. It has some other stuff too, yeah, but not that much, and not with the good ratios anyway.

2) recalculate how much water you drink, and if possible, add electrolytes to it. 3g of sea salt(hymalayan better), 2g of potassium chloride and 1g of epsom salt for each 2L of water will make you feel like a rockstar again. The effect is instant, and it can fully be visible after 2 days. It will also slow down adrenal fatigue, and will give you energy you forgot you have.

There's a new study, and Andrew Huberman talks a lot about this(look him up, great guy) where it states that, while 2.4g of sodium/day keeps you at a low risk of heart attacks, up to 6g/day keeps you at even LOWER risk. The risk goes up after 6g.

3) I don'\t want to get into cold showers a lot, but if you haven't tried them, give it a shot at least once a week. Not because of increased focus, but at least for the sole reason it moves your lymph around like nothing else. This will basically clean your body like no pill can.

You can move it with trampolining too, but it's faster and better with cold water.

4) I understand you don't like working out. I don't either. But at our age, scientifically we need at least 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity cardio. I know it sucks, but there's no ifs here. Data shows you can eliminate a lot of risk potential of hear attacks with it. Just do it. It's basically 25 minutes a day give or take. Get your BPM in the 130ish zone.

5) I smoke too, can't help myself to quit. I got it down to 7-8 cigs a day, from a pack. Tried vaping, and loved it, but i kind of go overboard with it so I stopped. Too much nicotine made me want to sleep all day.

6) There are some good doctors in Austria. I had my hernia operated on. There's a clinic dedicated only to that. So are many other clinics for many other diseases. Turkey is ok too, and yes, Germany. Englan is not bad too, but as I see it, you don't want to go into surgery with a Patel.

7) hyperventilating. Read up wim Hoff's method. It works, and it's proven. After a few days, you won't feel that silly. After 5 days, your baseline for stress increases SOOOO MUCH. It's amazing. Takes 10-15 minutes per day to do it three times.

I once did pushups with a 150 seconds breath hold. Did 3 times more than I could normally do. It's insane, try it out.

8) lift weights. Not because it makes you look cool, but because of the amount of HGH release into the body. Look up on why this is important for health and recovery.

9) Get that nose fixed, if anything else can wait. Breathing should be your #1 priority. If you don't want surgery, at the very least look into what you can put inside so it increases dilatation and airflow. Get tested to see how many times you stop breathing per night. If it's more than 2, get your nose fixed asap.

Too much text, hope you get smth out of it. Good luck!

Im thinking Germany or Israel. I have a certain level of trust in Germans and Jews and their perfectionism. I put the US here too, but its out of my budget, and i probably couldnt even get a visa to go there anyway.
I am hearing mixed things about healthcare in Germany.

The system is mostly privatised there so I get told the situation is just like here in Brazil - medicoes are trying to enroll you for the fee.

They'll ping pong you between multiple experts who will do random tests to make you feel taken care of, but they are not actually looking for the issue, they are just capitalizing on the fact that they are the expert and not you.

The biggest money spinner is the pharma industry (includes the doctors, medical practitioners, etc). They are doing what they have to do, in an almost perfect manner. They all really know how to run their industry to make the maximum profits possible, no matter what. They know the power of their money.

Ill reply to you guys one by one when i get the chance. Im not at home at the moment for the next few days, and i wanna be in the zone and take my time when i reply.

I will say, last night i tried to find health forums. Natural health and stuff like that. There really is nothing left. Where did people go? Its weird.

Last time when i did the health thing for real for a reason was about 10 years ago and there was forums and discussions and sick people and nurses and... It seems now im gonna be all alone with it.

Scary.

Unfortunately forums seem to be dead, so i doubt ill find a health forum to get help. Theres just reddit, but its not the same there. Its blank, theres no love there.

Also the search engines are dead as far as getting the truth goes. Its all marketing results and what they dont consider fake news results. But most real shit isnt in the marketing or the "real news" vetted by some nazi leftist piece of shit.

Long story short, im fast approaching zero. Got my own place, furnished it, a decent car, cash, cryptos, decent acceptable monthly profits. My sense of order is almost content. We got out safety, security, safety net, peace of mind.

But i didnt start chasing money for putting my life in order, i started it for my health. But at some point i realized i better get my life in order first. I feel better returning to my home after a surgery or any health procedure than to a rented apartment. Ill heal better with my mind's main worries out of the picture.

---

What ive done so far for health reasons is all the "passive" steps i could think of.

- i did not buy a microwave

- i stopped consuming sugar, i switched to honey (this still isnt great, but its better)

- all my home cleaning products are bio/organic with no chemicals

- all my washing machine and dishwasher products are bio/organic with no chemicals

- all my body wash and care products are bio/organic with no chemicals

-- the bio/organic business is because i feel like all these products we use on a daily basis for cleaning our homes and washing our homes and ourselves are ultimately poisonous for our bodies. Sure, only a very tiny amount of my dishwashing liquid or my washing powder will end up in my body, but i figure, microdosing myself with 5,000 poisonous little chemicals for 30 years straight can only end badly. It all ends up in the body. The body has to filter it. The body struggles, its getting killed over here. We dont want that.

- i bought a shower head with a charcoal filter. I tested it by pouring water from the kitchen and bathroom sink in a glass and smelling it immediately. There was a faint chlorine-like smell in both cases. Then i did the same using the water that goes through and comes out of the shower head, and there was no smell. I had my cousin come over and do the same test, and she smelled the same thing. So i confirmed, the shower head actually works.

- the milk i consume is gluten free and whatnot, and i often buy organic

- i store all my edible crap in glass jars and bottles, and all my plates and cutlery are not plastic. I rarely if ever buy plastic water bottles or anything that comes in plastic. I do what i can on this one.

- i dont smoke in my bedroom. Im trying to reduce smoking overall (and dont give me no shit about smoking you primitive fucks. You use smoking as a black sheep scapegoat to blame all your cancers and shit on, while i just see it as a piece of a very big puzzle. Yes its a horrible habit, no question, but its not the hitler society makes it to be. Its like, baby hitler)

---

- cut down or quit smoking as much as i can

- buy a water filter for my drinking water

- start taking supplements. I dont know which ones, its complicated...

And this isnt a lifestyle thing. That word, lifestyle, its like, go fuck yourself and your lifestyle. I dont like that word. For me this is war and i do what i gotta do to win. If you wanna talk lifestyle give me tons of weed and ill chain smoke it alone at home and after feeling good for a few weeks ill then start feeling shitty and depreessed all the time until i stop.

The point of why i do it is because i need to bring my body to the best state to where it can heal and regenerate as quickly and effectively as possible.

And this is because i need to fix things. Health things. And almost all of it is due to a motorbike accident i had when i was 18 years old.

---

Which brings me to the actual scary part. Most doctor, like most people, are completely useless. Should not be allowed to practice anything of substance. Electricians, car mechanics, doctors, i ban 99% of all of them from doing these jobs. Go be a dishwasher or clean snow or do something which when you do it and fuck it up you wont ruin someones life, maybe even forever in case of doctors.

Hopefully Artificial Intelligence comes along one day and replaces doctors and then you can be sure any surgery you do will be done with the highest level of competence and precision... Like God himself did it!

But until that happens, and seeing as i cant afford the Billy medical professionals, im gonna have to find a few doctors. And they lie and theyre incompetent and theyll chop you up and stitch you up and put you down for the money. Plus the internet is of little help nowadays.

This puts me in a frozen position. Where the fuck to go. Im thinking Germany or Israel. I have a certain level of trust in Germans and Jews and their perfectionism. I put the US here too, but its out of my budget, and i probably couldnt even get a visa to go there anyway.

Cant trust any former Slavic countries or any country that had communism in recent history or currently, because they come from taking a hammer and smashing the problem with it, instead of taking a needle and a little baby hammer and delicatly hitting the problem on all sides bit by bit until you mold it into the most perfectly solved problem possible.

Cant trust black doctors because i can never know if they got there on merit or affirmative action and leftist liberalism. Dont blame me, blame the system for this, i gotta do what i gotta do to ensure i get the best chances for a successful solution.

In fact, id probably not go to any non-caucasian doctor, because i can never know if they dont harbor some sort of racist thoughts against a caucasian such as myself. Thoughts which may consciously or even subconsciously make them fuck my shit up. And i only get 1 shot at fixing my shit.

Id also stay away from women, for the same reason as blacks, because i can never know if theyre there because of merit or the kindness of the world and the whole man/woman attraction crap.

---

Yeah, id probably get super hot hate for my words. But i dont give a shit. This is serious for me. I cant allow political correctness or any human bullshit affect my decision. I only get one shot, and it has to be the one that gives me the highest chances of success.

I wasnt planning of making this thread, as i never do. It just happens...

So...

In theory its simple. Get myself in a peak healthy state, then find a plastic surgeon, fix my nose, and get my breathing back. In practice its a fucking minefield.

Broken nose and a failed surgery, big toe on my leg where the bone didnt heal right, busted knee with chronic numbness on the skin there, broken index finger bone didnt heal right, a little scar on one hand, a few other minor things. It all has to get fixed goddamnit!!!

But like i remember once i told a dermatologist about my knee being always numb, and very painful if pressure is applied on it. He did a fucking hand test. He put his hand over my knee, than my other knee, then concluded one is colder than the other, and told me to buy a cream.

:suspicious::oops:

No! No no no! Stop it! What are you doing? We need scans. We need 3D and 4D and 5D and lasers and microscopes and every fucking layer of the skin and underneath the skin examined, every nerve and micronerve and nerve ending and hair folicle in the area. We need to figure out EXACTLY what the fucking problem is and then we need lasers and electricity and stem cells and fucking baby fetuses or whatever the fuck to stimulate nerve regrowth and restore the feeling to that skin there! Or if its not a skin and nerve issue, then we need to know, is it bone? Cartilage? What is the problem, exactly?!!!

But you go to the doctor and its, like, a fucking warm/cold hand test, and it makes you wonder, did i travel back in time or something? What are we doing here? This is depressing...

Meh...

Loved it. I feel we are similar in many ways of thinking!

If you are still dealing with HPV, I highly suggest you to a product called Kinoko Platinum. I've followed them for years and a lot of people I know have told me it got rid of their HPV.

About your talk on health: I can't agree more. Everything we see and hear about is only half true and the other half is the reason why certain people and companies get ultra rich. If we were always told 100% of the truth about everything, life wouldn't work the way it does now. People need to profit off of other people who don't know what they know. It's the basic jist of the entire system of the world we have ever lived in and continue to live in. That's why it's so important to glean as best as we can what are the best things to utilize in life and have a group or community of people you can trust. Trust is the oldest currency. We put our money where our trust is. People work hard to deceive one another's trust because that is how you make money. You are told some truths to get you to buy/invest but never told the complete truth because then you wouldn't buy/invest and then nobody would make money and profits. This is the jist of all life systems.

BHW is the same. There are honest people here who like to share good advice and good tips on how to make money but every single seller on here is doing the same thing I just described. They will offer you a good service but can't tell you 100% of the truth otherwise you'd never buy their services. They only tell you enough of what you need to know so that you will trust them and spend money. I can't explain it but every person I ever talk to is reserved or reserving something in their words. They hold something back because I can sense they aren't going to tell me exactly how they make their money or how they do what it is they do ( at least not to strangers you just meet online...you'd have to be a partner with them or have a life long trust with them to get in all the secrets). Even people who are in business together hold back a lot of secrets. You have to cuz only fools lay out all their cards on the table. People who want to get ahead and leverage themselves over others, they have to have aces up their sleeves and even to their own business partners, retain some truth and information to keep from giving it all away being completely and entirely exposed and vulnerable.

So when it comes to health, you can sure bet that the foods we eat, the products we use, the medicines we are prescribed, the treatments we undergo, etc all have some truths to it that are effective but never are 100% truths so that we didn't have to rely and be dependent on it. That's why we are still technically slaves. Some call it digital slaves, economic slaves, information slaves, whatever it is, the haves vs the have nots, you are always a slave to anyone you allow yourselves to be subjugated to. Most of the times, we have very little choice. We just have to surrender to someone else who just has more expertise, knowledge and experience than we do in whatever thing it is you need help with. All these microsystems are systems of slavery. It operates under this premise that one has to be in control and have more power over the situation than the other who is dependent on it.

While today is still much better than it was say 50 or 100 years ago, it's so interesting how those who lived lives closer to the agragrian way of living....home grown crops, fruits, vegetables, herbs vs the generation of people who grew up relying on processed foods have a huge difference
in health. My great grandfather live in shitty times and shitty conditions yet even through all that crap and lack of healthcare he lived to 104 years old and was moving around and about everyday. Now you have old people dying at 60, 65, 70 years old from all kinds of diseases and yet we supposedly lived in more advanced times with better everything. Heart Disease and Cancer rates have soared over the century and they are both the #1 and #2 causes of death on this planet year after year. 20 million people a year die from HD and Cancer. It's amazing that people don't actually stop to think about it and get alarmed why this is. Why is it that our ancestors were cancer free and lived long lives working hard, and we today are succumbing to so many illnesses...diabetes is another huge one people underrate and it is rapidly increasing globally and nobody seems to know or care.

So yes, it's very important to be as vigilant as possible about all the things you consume, the products you use, the shit we put on our bodies and in it.....and these ads that just spam us 24/7/365 whatever we do wherever we go just keeps telling us to buy things we don't need.....ads are one of the worst things I believe in this time period. People don't realize it now but one day when we look back they won't believe that we had ads like the way we have it. Ads to me is a serious serious "legalized crime" because of what it's doing to alter people's minds, thinking, values, beliefs, manipulation, deception, misinformation, distraction, self-image, self-value, perceptions, mental health, etc. It was one thing when we just have billboards and magazines to look at ads or the 30 seconds ads when we watch half an hour of tv. Those are fine. But the way ads work today, it's so intrusive, so invasive, so time consuming, I can't believe this stuff is legal the way they can just rob people's lives and times and health the way they do it. I can't explain much more about it right now but I can unpack my issue with ads another time if you want. It's much worse than people realize and they don't realize how bad ads are and what it's doing to people and we allow it because that's how you make money.
