What happens if someone google blackhatworld, then use browser inspect tool in search results to change the link from blackhatworld to another link, how google will know what's going on if there is a click in this another click ?

Well you would have to also edit the URL that you are clicking, not only the "text" of the URL snippet.

That could work, but you would need to know if google tracks from the user's browser or only from the server side. If it uses a combination of both, it could be very interesting to see the results of that.

As always, test it and see if it brings any benefit
 
The inspect tool only works locally on your computer, it will not change anything for the rest of the world
 
Please don’t tell me that is what he meant.
Yes, I think OP wants to hack Google, by replacing the links in the index, using the inspect tool.

Why don't you just take Google's homepage, modify the Google link to your site, and test that to see if you can beat Bing?
