if in monthly basic a DMCA takedown request go to namecheap do he will do nothing , let me move it, or take my domain off (asked them they say will give me just a notice, i want from your experience in domain registrars)

what's about porkbun? does transferring to it will have better outcome?

Yeah, Namecheap can end up suspending your domain due to DMCA requests. It's unlikely, but there's still a chance it can happen for severe violations. If you want to be safe and sound, your best bet is to go with an offshore hosting company, as most of them will ignore DMCA complaints.

Can a person still loose a .com domain if they are only embedding porn and not hosting it on their server?

+1 for orangewebsite for hosting. @krilca are you using orangewebsite for registering domain name? If yes, what is their upstream provider/domain registrar? As I dont find them listed in ICANN-accredited registrar list.

Also I'm using Namesilo.com, The-Online.com, Epik to host porn/adult sites which often receives DMCA notices.

Namesilo does not deals with DMCA if only domain is registered with them. They'll ask to contact the web host. If you host site with namesilo, then they will deal with DMCA.

The-Online.com has DMCA listed in their TOS/agreements (like all other registrars). But they always forward it to my email address. I've never replied or removed any DMCA content (if received via the-online.com registrar) and never found they take any action like suspending or terminating domains. I only remove content/act on it if i get DMCA notice from my web host.

Epik.com got for free speech domains. I've bunch of porn domains registered here. Got 3 DMCA last year and I was asked to reply and do-needful in 48 hours. I removed those content.

Njal.la used to be good for porn/dmca domains, but many blackhatworld memebers and even members on other communities like reddit, namepros, dnforum, have complained that njal.la suspends your domains and you loose the control on your domain name. So proceed with caution.

Other noteable domain registrar is Shinjiru, based in Malaysia. They do not take down domains on DMCA, but will act if they receive complaint from Malaysian authorities.

Mostly if person embeds paid-porn clips, then it can be serious issue. But not for free porn clips. But domain suspension is rare for DMCA if domains are registered with the right registrar.

That rarely happen, you can use .com. It only happens when you got bigger. But usually happens more with TV Shows, Movies pirated websites than Porn. I can't say you can't lose because is 50/50.

In your case you can use .com, but can be seized anytime (which happens very rarely in porn industry)

Web site mirror. Like domain.com and domain.net.
You use domain.com as core web site domain and keep domain.net as mirror.
