Email list +2 million how to start send emails

Hello everyone!

I have been working with affiliate marketing for some time and would like to start with email marketing for the first time.

I have a list of over 2 million scraped emails (people didn't sign up) from several countries and I would like to start sending affiliate email campaigns. From what I understand, I have to clean the list first to eliminate emails that give error etc. I've seen several services of this kind, but I'm a little reticent because I don't want that person to also have my list for their use, how do you deal with it?

Once I have the list clean, how can I proceed to send the emails in bulk without going to spam and reaching people's inboxes? I have never had an email server in my life nor have I worked with this type of method, if you could give me a detailed explanation I would be very grateful thank you all

Warmup otherwise you won't reach inbox. Then segment the list. Only email addresses won't do anything try to enrich data. If you want to blast, it may result to ban on platforms like sendinblue. If you have time, energy and motivation to gradually send emails do A/B tests and improve content and go with platforms which helps you send cold emails. Purchase multiple domains, if your website is google.com get google.co getgoogle.com dealsgoogle.com. Warmup warmup warmup. After you warmup clean email list again (usually do it once per month in best scenario). When you start sending start low, few emails per domain per day. Personalize as much as possible to avoid getting flagged.

Identify you goal. More traffic ? more calls ? don't expect to get sales from very first email, it usually never happens when dealing with cold emailing. Avoid spammy subjects as even if someone is interested in your offer they may get mad for click baiting them, also spammy subject lines and content gets flagged.

For content: Try to give them offer they can't resist. Meaning if they say no they should feel dumb. 1. Explain what THEY will get. 2. Make time sensitive offer Exp: 50% for 24 hours 2 seats left.

IF your domain gets blacklisted forget it, its hustle to remove it from there.

Things to have in mind:
1. cold emailing takes time, don't have high expectations for first emails if you are just starting out.
2. most templates and gurus are overused or not delivering results they promised.
3. open rates matter but replies matter most.
4. personalization does not mean just changing the name (I sometimes use there initials or abbreviations, if company name is Tesla Motors use TM, they will definetly know what you mean and will have impression its not automated email because mostly they get email like "Hello Tesla Motors LLC" who says that right?
5. dont talk about what you can, tell them what they will get.
6. avoid putting link in your intro email. links may decrease deliverability.
7. don't go over 100 emails per day after you warm it up even 100 is much.

Tools:
1. for email verification there are plenty, so far none of them are perfect but some from app sumo can get your list cleaner.
2. for sending use lemlist but there are good alternatives like instantly ai. (idk if they still have one time deal)
3.for inboxes choose main one and make forwarding from all others to main (will save you time)

I can't recall anything more, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I am not an expert but have 2 years of experience, and I did get conversions from it. Email marketing is still one of the best performing channel if used correctly and its not my opinion saying its results I got.

You can choose such a service instead of hiring someone so that you need not have to worry about them stealing your list.

You can use several regular gmails and use a software to alternatively send emails from each account, or use services like MailChimp, Sendinblue, Sendgrid, etc, or use your own bullet-proof server to send emails. You can go through some tutorials before getting into email marketing.

Here, you need to trust the process obviously. Most of them have millions and billions of lists and scrapers. And your email list might be just a tiny fraction of worldwide database they already have. For them it's really nothing to lose, nothing to gain when then work on your list.

It depends also on the quality of your list: targeted or not.

You'll need to warm-up your server to build reputation.

If you plan to play in long term, you'll need to make them double opt-in.

I can clean your list or use debounce. Quality will be almost the same. Mass email to Gmail etc is hard and you are just starting out.

Well with a list so big i think you have a goldmine ,i dont know too much about cleaning a list but i know a little email marketing . Firstly you need to take an autoresponder like aweber ,getresponse etc ,this software helps you to send emails to all your contacts ,things you cannot do this with gmail or outlook etc .Then you need to add your list in the software .Then you can send affiliate offers from jvzoo ,warriorplus etc .and people intrrested in this niche they will remain and the other ones they will unsubscribe .With such a big list i think you will make nice money

Sorry but there is no way to use aweber, get response etc. Don't give wrong advice, this is not possible, they will close your account in no time.

The only way to send this volume is with own smtp. Several of them. Or gmass, eventually - I didn't make it work for me.

Sory i dont know that, i was thinking it works .What if you use a small portion of the list a d use it with an autoresponder i think it will be also good

With a small list it could work as long as there is very LOW bounce rate and no spam complains. These service are good with your optin list.

I will mention a few of them in my answer . To hit inbox of potential clients for cheap price You need to build server via powermta & mailwiz . This server needs to be warmed up via techniques called warm up & reporting
for clean your email data from hard & soft bounce u don't need expensive service like neverbounce . I can do it for a small price

you should use heated accounts, they will delay spam or most of your messages will be detected as spam but if you have a lot of gmail it is better to do it by throwing 50 of each
