No options to contact Facebook ads support

HEY BHW! Are you also unable to get chat support like me? It's been like this in the last 3-4 days i guess... i started some new ads,the creatives are all the same like before. it's been two days now and it barely spent 4$. while its set to spend 50$ per day. no way to contact them damn......

Maybe your account can't text support. you can be replaced with another old account that will have a section for you to have your own support

The bigger issue is that i barely spent 10$ since yesterday. While the click prices are low and CTR is 7-10%. It's not good when they disable your old account and then u have to make a new one with same creatives. You get kicked out of bid game and it takes 2-3 days to get in again...

I remember that its easy to contact to the staff of facebook years ago. But is hard to contact with the support team of facebook now. Especially when your ad account was disabled without any reasons, you will never to get in touch with them easily, or when you have talk to them your problem still hard to be solved. And you can't talk to them with any angry feelings.

I have a few different personal accounts in a few web browsers,now i notice that all of them do not have support chat option. HALP HALP
