No one will tell you this secret without spending $$$$.
And be aware as mostly people are selling methods which are not working. Google being strict with postcard method and spammy categories.

Also if you have your website on GSC, it works faster.

It works better for Franchise websites because they can verify a location via email. As long as the site has the same domain name. But with the location name in front of the domain name. Word-press multi-network sites/ sub domains are a good example for this.
