Guys, I have a website in the health niche. After the project was launched, I found that YMYL exists. Is it still worth continuing to spend energy on this project?

I would stay far away from the health niche, no matter how narrow the niche is. That space is a sucker for your money because of big brands and an insanely high level of competition. I did affiliate marketing selling nootropics (aka) brain boosters) from 2016 to 2019 with Moreniche affiliate network and some modafinil direct affiliate sites that shut down later. 2020 was the year I dropped it because my site tanked even for its brand keywords.

This means niches that either affect your finances (banking, loans, insurance, etc), or are crucial for your life / wellbeing (governmental, legal, news, medical, health, etc.)

Google Dont like Health related sites if users cant give authentic information
For health related site you have to give very much effort that is now impossible for anyone
You can work with health niche if you are specialised in Health & have smart budget for content and linking
otherwise you should avoid health niche now a days

Health niche is very competitive. Work on it if you can give your everything, then only you can enjoy the huge benefits this niche can offer.

YMYL niches are something that I always stay away from. They are not worth your time or investment. You can only get into these niches if you already have a traffic source (like social media pages, doorway pages, budget for ads, etc).

Curious to know better niche's instead of health as I see its not really worth the extra energy investment. looking for niches where the stream is running and requires less input.
