I have a property maintenance website which is doing average really. I've had a number of people do work on the site over the past 4 years with hardly any luck in ranking.
Im not looking for someone to say do this and everything will be sorted as ive been there and done that never works. All i have had is people telling me they can get me to first page in 2 - 3 months for all my keywords and its this much per month 4 - 5 months later gained like 4 positions on each keyword and they have taken there money and said i tried.
I want short term and also long term success for the business and the ranking on page one for most of my keywords. Im not after someone saying yeah ill do it do whatever they do rank it for a month or so then bang back to where i started.
I want to work with the SEO expert as for the last 4 months ive been doing what i can bearing in mind i didnt know what SEO was until about 2 - 3 years ago lol. Ive been adding content sorting the citations blah blah watching lots of youtube on it . Id like to discuss and action plan ill then say which parts of it i am confident in doing my self then be given a price for the remaining work to be done. Id maybe consider doing a results based payment scheme id say that way would be more money for the SEO expert but would be a longer road.
