After moderate success with my first cam Whitelabel I've decided it's time to re-brand and go even harder with my current project. This will be my journey thread and not a method. I'm not gonna go in-depth on how I'm promoting and what I'm doing.

I plan on updating this thread once a month and go through statistics and what I'm currently working on in terms of traffic.

Project start: April 2021
My first Whitelabel was with Bongacams but I've decided to go with Stripchat as they have more western models that'll probably convert better for my traffic. At the moment my top two countries are USA around 50%, UK 20-ish %, rest is mostly Scandinavia but also some T3 traffic.

I'm trying very hard to build a brand and not just reel in users to a random Whitelabel. When they think about a cam site I want them to consider mine a top contender, which is very hard for a Whitelabel as I don't have much control over it, but I'm working on it

My Top 3 Traffic/Earning Sources
Onlyfans - I'm already doing management for several adult models, this is going to help me build my brand as I have "real" models endorsing my site.
Social - I'm very active on social sites. Twitter has around 41k followers, Instagram 125k.
Model Recruitment - At the moment I haven't focused too much on this as most my time goes into social & onlyfans.

My goals
Brand authority - As I mentioned earlier, I'm trying very hard to build a brand. I don't do any automatic/spam methods. I believe legit hard work and networking with models will benefit me heavily in the future.
Future projects - By having a very popular cam site, doesn't matter if it's a Whitelabel or not...It WILL open up new opportunities for me.
Make money - Duh...

Statistics - April to October

I might pop in and answer questions. If not, I'll do an update at the start of every month of my earnings and what I'm working on.

What I do in November: Getting ready to start media buying. The only money I've "invested" in this project is the domain and my time. I plan on investing around 10-15% in ads. I'll let you guys know when I start doing that! I'm currently in "research mode." I'm also working on expanding my current traffic sources.

Since I've been back on BHW lately, seeing posts of people sharing their rev share earnings from Cams is giving me ideas to run a side gig again.

Generating traffic from SEO with automated content building.

Run ads on the site and split test between Stripchat and Chaturbate, rev share 20% for life, see which converts better.

On whitelabel though, what kind of earnings % do they give you?

Didn't see much improvement from Oct to Nov. But December is going strong in first purchases and rebills. I believe this will be my strongest month.

All affiliates start with 20%. I have worked my way to a higher % though.

December 16
December is going really well. it's already my best performing month and we are only halfway done. I thought this month would be very slow because of Christmas and new years eve but I guess not.
When it comes to traffic I'm just trying to upscale what I'm already doing. I am only investing my time so in terms of money, everything is 100% ROI.
Time to work harder!

December stats

December was my best month I'm not trying anything new in January, just gonna try to scale as much as possible.
I believe January earnings will be pretty low since people spent money on Christmas and NYE. But we shall see!

My project is still going pretty well. I'll be launching one new traffic source /soon/. My short-term goal is to hit a consistent $20.000 / month in total purchases. Which I expect to hit around June-July.

Do you know if stripchat whitelabels can be indexed?
I know for example chaturbate doesnt.. But not sure how its about stripchat?
