Per content and Numbers:
As we are still in the development phase I wont go into detail on numbers and content quality yet.
Needless to say there is some really strong saving going on with Time and Money. and my team and I are pleased so far via comparisons to the market.

Concern:
There was a period of time were I felt like the AFK was a little strong and that we delayed heavily in late January. Alas, Our ETA is still with in range and I simply see this as a sign that F is a real guy with a real life. Other than that everything has been as expected, hiccups that we worked through, Video calls and phone calls that helped a bunch and communication. simple

In Conclusion:
You ever get a really good mix of cement and the consistency and acidity are just right? then you find your self at the pouring step were it all comes together? …Yeah this is that.
Francis' team work and communication as well as his knowledge on where to buy the best and well priced cement mix is the magic here. With that said he and his team of contractors are currently at my house laying down the cement side walk as I type this.

I'm thankful for everything his team has done so far and how thorough he has personally been with my request and questions. Please beware that this Update was solicited by the seller but the choice was my own and the data provided is my honest opinion so far.

20+ year expired domains take a little time to find, but I am happy we waited enough time here. 5 for 5 already, but a brand new domain would've worked equally as good with your commitment.

I found Francis and his service almost 2 years ago. I saw some really good reviews by other members and decided to give him shot. I was not entirely new to blogging but have never really done anything to such a large scale before.

I decided to go with a 500k word package that is almost complete. (470k currently). Things went very smoothly for a few months and, while it did take a little bit longer to get started, everything was pretty much in the timeline we discussed and he walked me through a lot of the stuff that was going on with the site.

Content looked good, images where nice and catchy and keyword research seemed to be fairly good from my limited knowledge. I did get a little impatient and wanted to learn some stuff on my own so I started doing my own keyword research and publishing my own content. To date I have published a little over 300k words myself on this website.

These are the stats for the site currently

The website made over $500 last month and is probably going to pass $600 this month.
Websites getting a really nice epmv in ezoic (some articles even get $50+ epmv) and has a 22% conversion rate on amazon.

It took a good chunk of time (almost a year) before the site even really started to see much growth but has since been growing very nicely. I believe this is because the site is reaching a point where its an authority in the niche and is ranking for more and more keywords overtime.

Saying all these positives I do have to say that I do think the website would be in a MUCH better position but we had one major issue a few months into the project. A couple of Francises writers ended up plagiarizing content to some heavy levels according to copyscape. I just happened to check one day, on a whim, and I found several articles that where plagiarized.

Those articles where actually bringing in traffic too but as soon as I informed Francis we ended up having to completely sack those articles and have new ones written to replace them. When I found out I was pretty furious and was sure Francis was trying to pull one over on me but after a lot of back and fourth I found out he was pretty upset about it and it ended up setting him back a fair good bit.

As a sign of good faith he ended up letting me have his best writer for my website and ONLY they worked on the website this whole time since that time. I can tell it was only them as they have a certain writing style and every article matched that style. As a result we lost a couple months worth of content and content came much slower as only one person was writing on the website instead of 3 or 4.

So, even with the hiccups and delayed growth, I am overall satisfied with the service I was provided. The price is very very good (you won’t find better) for what you get and recommend it to anyone on the fence about it.

Excited about end-of-year results as we continue! With that high EPMV conversion with Amazon now, we should be at $1k per month minimum in Q4 conservatively on a per 6-month average. That small % of deep keywords that most folks don't deeply look into because they have "0" traffic according to popular software and what not haha!! Love it. Already too long instead of short and sweet, but on a final note. That plagiarism amateur hiccup from December 2020. Picture a 1990s drill sergeant on their troops, upon finding out about such a hiccup, instead of me finding out first. It obviously got resolved in record speed by requesting copyscape.com/quetext.com reports every single week without fail, apologies there. I had a lost short term with the adjustment, but a win now with your results. It pays to sacrifice short-term oftentimes. So glad to be your wingman or the other way around haha (Ey, I am a Tom Cruise fan and it's also paying $off$ for your affiliate site too!!)

Hey guys, I just ordered from Francis a 50k website a month ago and this is my honest review. I own a few websites but I wanted to start something professional.

So I started talking to Francis about a month ago about the website I wanted. We went back and forth to set up the details about the niche and other aspects and he started working on it.

What I received:
  • professional theme and plugins (this really is added value to the whole package F is delivering and it's a nice touch to the whole thing)
  • fast delivery (for the amount of words I ordered I was blown away on how fast he delivered, truly amazing)
  • very nice crafted articles ( I really want to take a moment and thank him for the well researched articles. This alone I feel is the number one factor that differentiates him from others. I ordered articles from other vendors here but they we're no way near as good as what I got now. And this brings me to my next point)
  • easy to promote and good for SEO (having a good structure and very well crafted content makes it very easy to spread and show off. My job now is to start building backlinks to all these articles and it makes me happy to provide real value to my readers, especially when the content speaks for itself)
  • proper communication (this is also a very important aspect for myself as this literally is the backbone of any project you'll work on, and with F this aspect of the business is very very solid)

    Now onto the only thing I didn't like:
  • at some point during our interaction there were days when he wouldn't answer (1-3days) but he clarified everything for me so that's cool

    I just ordered my next 50k from himself and I'm excited to continue to build on this project.

The endurance and stamina to stay in the cool game long enough as content starts getting its aging and snowball effect well thanks to optimization and careful keywords selection..as usual, it'll happen for you as well since keywords aren't outsourced. Content is the easiest systemized part. On another note, thanks for the feedback on the 1-3 days of absence, oftentimes I try to work early Saturday's, but it'll often continue to be Monday to Friday US est, which I think should continue to be enough for us. The little things, thanks for the great testimonial.

I invested $5,000 with Francis about 2 years ago now and I have made a total in about $50 in amazon affiliate revenue and nothing in ads revenue since the traffic on the sites is too low get to adsense on.
