How do I contact Gmail support without logging in for account recovery?

I need to recover this account as it is connected with some important profile. Can someone tell me how do I contact google support without logging in to recover my account.

This is really weird. When I created that account years ago I had also connected my phone number with it and now when I'm trying to recover first it is asking me to enter the G code that is sent to my phone number and after going through that step it is asking me to enter the code sent to the mail ID that I'm trying to recover. This reminds me of "Keyboard not found meme"



I tried every possible password I remember and also tried recovering my account again and again using phone number but can't go though "enter code that is sent to same email ID. step.

Unfortunately there's no real solution to this. Google sucks when it comes to customer support. Something similar happened to me a year back. I tried everything possible but couldn't recover the account, even when I knew the password and had access to recovery email address. Google kept saying they are unable to determine if I am the owner of that account. Probably because nothing matches, device/IP/Location.
I tried to access that email again after 6 months and could successfully recover it then.

Yes I did, same thing. In the end it is asking me for the code sent to that email address.

I went through similar situation few months back, for one of my gmail adress.It only had recovery email set but not phone as recovery, so I posted on google support forums and they told me to not login for a week, that is no incorrect password tires during that week and then try again to Recover password through another method which was not working because I did not had set phone as recovery option. So after a week I tried again and same thing happened, there was no recover password through email option. I become frustrated and changed all my upwork account, to another email amazon account to another email and few other accounts.

After month with no login in attempts i tried to login again to my gmail account, and voila "recover through email adress" option showed in try another way method.
Ususally if you have one of two option set you should be fine ( but again you can contact google forums) and probably some one will give you instructions on what todo.
But truth is there is no real humans for recovering gmail accounts as google is just ai and bots, so probably they can just help you from there experience.


So my advice again is "Try not to login for month" into that account, (i.e no wrong login attempts).
And you can check with google support team as well, but they will usually tell the same stuff from there guidelines or polices page, as trying not to login for a week did not help me instead trying not to login during one month period helped me.

I can attest to this, same thing happened to me. Recovered an account only after 3 months of not trying to recover it.

Yea used old device this time in which I had logged in to that account many times. They asked me to put the email address where I want to receive the code instead of automatically sending that to same email address which I was trying to recover.

Yes I did, same thing. In the end it is asking me for the code sent to that email address.

same thing im facing now. asking code sent to phone number but i dont have that phone number. i can't recover im using from same device too.
