BM or Personal Ads Account?

I am running for casino ads so i often get banned, i want to ask if i use a BM account and add managers to the business account and do ads, if the manager acc get banned for running ads, will the fb page own by the BM account also gets ban?

Other than this, what are the advantages of using a BM account to run casino ads? Why not just use many personal accounts to run ads?

This item is a serious violation of Facebook's policies. However, the profit it is very high.

Personal account is better for you to run policy violations because why ?
First, it's easier and faster to use.
It is not linked to other accounts and it helps that other accounts will not be affected when one of your many accounts is locked. Should use a reasonable virtual server proxy so that facebook does not detect that you have multiple ad accounts to avoid mass account death.

Just do daily usual activities like a real user. Doing it for at least 30 minutes every day is better

Depends actually on your daily budget and of course, you will need to start with warm-up on that personal account.
I think I would start with Warming up 5 Personal ad accounts.
