Used to be good, now support is very poor and takes ages to answer.
Over 12 + hours my site is down, I send support ticket the first hour and up to now they dont know how to fix it.
On the chat box they claim they are "overloaded". yeah right. fix one issue and then move on to the next!

This server seems to have many disk and cpanel problems. always a new problem comes up.

Stay away.

I couldn't agree more. I have placed a trial order for a cheapest VPS. First thing happend it hangt after like 30 minutes. Support needed one day to make a refund, telling me to order it again (by the way - they never returned money for this 1 day that I couldn't use the machine).
I reordered - it got online in about an hour or so. So far so good. Used it for one week - no problems, except sloppy connection, but that's acceptable.

After test - ok, lets go with another VPS. Placed an order in exact same location as first one. Again like one - two hours, and it was up and running. But surprise, surprise - I couldn't do apt update, and the server was built from their images, as server seems either to have some routing problems, or is banned as RIPE shows IP I got is probably located in Russia... and it is not the co-location or IP location I ordered. And probably it has something to do with that statement:

I don't care about politics, but I can assume some of their IP ranges are being blocked either because of current situation or probably more because of activity that's going on on their servers.

Overall after three days of useless support answers (24/7 hour service - it's bullshit, just check by yourself), no refund for the second server. Don't have any more time for this 'company'. Avoid at all cost as it's not worth loosing time on problems they cannot take care in reasonable time.

I've registered here just to say how TERRIBLE this hosting company is.

Just because a SINGLE dmca notice they stole all my account credit and suspended all my servers. They didn't gave me the time to react and remove the notice, just canceled all my servers, my account and stole my account credit.

Extremely bad support, the servers are unstable and have network connectivity problems/slowdown almost every time.

They are, easily, the WORST company i used so far.

It never got fixed. I changed server to germany, it worked for a while, now again they tell me

I wish I could recommend this host but I dont.

Site is still down btw and it will be for many more days or forever just like the previous server on netherlands.

I already moved host.

Just warning everyone else here that if they decide to go for this host, after a while your site will be down for many days or forever. perhaps thats their way to get rid of you.

As I said before I dont use this host anymore.

But the server is still down.

Another thing I forgot to mention is, that you wont be able to reach 50 GB of space... long before when you reach a certain number your whole site will not function properly.
