Locked BHW Account Help Please

Hi i tried to login to my account and it says account locked til they can send an unlock code to my email address, which unfortunite for me i cant login too any longer (gmail) Any way to unlock my BHW account without being able to have that account code sent to the old email box? Ringadvantage is my BHW account...Thanks mods for any help
