Im in search for a twitter bot which,

Comments Photo + Text, under new profile tweets i choose.

Let's say i choose 2 accounts (Mc Donalds / KFC) and i want the bot to comment my Photo + Text under each new tweet these 2 accounts made, instantly, or with schedule.

(Please new accounts don't DM me with: I can make a bot like this)

Twitterdub is the best out there now, but there's no really a good bot for Twitter at the moment. Do you have an alternative please?
