That's really bad to steal content from other people send a DMCA takedown notice to Facebook you can either report or get your lawyer to contact them

10 account is just nothing. Some people do even with 1k accounts, it wont give guaranteed result. But you need to do atleast with 2k-5k mass reports and see how it goes. I am sure you would get positive results.
