Hi, I am not sure if I am in the right section but I have to ask this because I am panicking right now..

So I was stupidly blind to ignore somehow the sharing personal information policy, or I have done it without realising...

I think I broke the rules 3 times...

First time was 6 days ago when a buyer asked me for my phone number to give me more details about what he wants....and I of course being stupid...gave it to him

The second time was yesterday when someone asked me for my telegram and if I accept payment in crypto, of course being stupid again I gave my telegram and confirmed that I do accept crypto...double points for stupidity...

Third time was today after a long chat with a buyer..sending him offers as well...I explained to him that he needs to add me to his website as a graphic designer...and he asked me for my email...in the chat (I know in the order chat is no problem) but inbox is not ok.... even tho the context was work related...

After all this (until now) I did not receive any warning YET...
My question is...how f... am I? should I expect my account to be closed...? How long does it take for them to check these things...? Anyone had similar experiences?

I am speaking in particular to Fiverr : indeed, sharing personal or direct contact details by a seller and buyer (either ways) is against Fiverr ToS. You mentioned that you did that 3 times so far. I think as long as none of these 3 Fiverr users point this out to Fiverr's support, you may escape. However, it is better to avoid doing this henceforth : If a buyer happens to dispute a delivered service, then as part of the dispute resolution process, Fiverr team will go through all communications / messages between the seller & buyer and it would result in an additional red flag for you on top of the actual service related dispute. Also remember that sometimes if a badass type of competitor wants to "knock you out", he or she may message you for enquiry (from some other Fiverr account) and create an enquiry message flow with you and tactfully get you to mention your direct contact details in the message(s). Therefore, just avoid any violation of their ToS for your long term benefit.

Its not issue mate , You wont receive any warnings I had did several times onto my acc

Thank you, I strongly believe that competitors do that especially when the gig is having a low price, I think I had a few trying. I raised my gig price...

Gig price does not matter in the scenario which I explained. Even without buying a gig, a Fiverr user can contact a seller through the message option ("Contact the seller" option) and in that message conversation(s), he or she can tactfully get you to mention your direct contact details (no need to buy your gig for that).

I found it fine. I always wanted to go onto team viewer to help with programming problems there, and I would always share my link, still make payment, and make any agreed notes in the chat.

Well yeah of course if you're gonna break rules 3 times a week you're going to get your account closed eventually.
