Adwords blocked due to "suspicious payment" ... help

There's nothing suspicious with my site, ads and def not payments...

Any experience with this? I have answered google and sent a pic of the bank statement.. should the account be opened? how long should it take?

Am I allowed to open another account to run the ads? or open in another company/person's name and run the ads on the same domain?

Whats the best solution to be able to run the ads again quickly?

It takes around a week nowadays to get an answer. As per your main question, unfortunately nobody will tell you how to actually get around this problem. It you’re an actual legit advertiser, I’d suggest you to either find someone to rent you a warmed up account OR easiest solution - get a friend or relative to borrow you their google account, but make sure to make the ad account from already previously used browser and ip. While you use this account, make some back up accounts yourself, best is using dynamic IP, warm it up a bit and then use it 2 months later. That’s how I did it in the past, if one account goes down, you still got plenty of back up ones.

My guess to why this happened is that I lost connection on my phone while doing payment and I didn't get approved.. then I made it a few min later.. 30 min after the account was suspended.. weird

The ads were paid by to company card... does this mean that other ads paid by this card will also be suspended?



I cant understand why the account should not be opened again, its just very annoying having to wait days, week because of this bs..

Yes, its all 100% legit...

Honestly you probably have good chance of getting it back. Nothing to do anymore, wait it out. Usually it is not good to use the same card, especially for long term, I’ve had multiple accs banned at the SAME time using the same CC which was previously “banned”. So don’t do it. Maybe get some kind of middleman which offers you multiple CC creation via company. I have used a similar service before, basically you send some company $$ and they take you a few percent of the money you send, then you are able to use that money to buy their cards and top them up. That way you got source for unlimited CCs basically.

I suggest you to use real bank account and plastic card don't use the same card again for a period of 3 to 4 weeks at least. No VCC etc. Changing the card helped me as I was getting the same policy violation text even in aged accounts. I changed the bank and card and now its working absolutely fine for me.

Appeals time changed. Before real billing information and document was fixed in less than 2 days, nowadays it takes over 7-12 days to review the appeal.
